Computers

This is the section of my website that I have the most desire to keep the most up-to-date. I'm what one might call a computer nerd. At the time of this writing, I am a employee of CompuSmart. I have had a lot of people ask me whether I am an "expert." There are so many self-proclaimed computer experts out there, that I am going to refrain from labeling myself an authority. I am not a computer expert. However, I do highly enjoy working with computers.

 As anybody who knows me well will attest, I am highly partial to Macintosh computers. When I first got into computers, I was strictly Windows-only. One and a half years ago (Nov. 2005) I switched platforms. I have personally benefited greatly from the switch. Since I was not and am not a gamer, I didn't lose any functionality. Instead, I was able to do what I enjoy doing more efficiently and creatively.

 I still use Windows and recognize its strengths; I don't want to be labeled an ignorant Mac fanboy. and enjoy dabbling with Gnome and KDE linux. This section of the website will likely forever be under construction. Hopefully you'll find the resources that I add here occasionally to be helpful and maybe even insightful.
